MAR 15, 2009 - Who Put That There (360)

There is a massive pile of wood on a lot next to a very busy street in my neighborhood. I'm not sure if its an abandoned lot or not. The pile seems to get a little smaller every day, so I don't know if people are taking it, or if the owner is clearing it little by little.
