I thought that I would try to do Tammy's challenge, so I went out to my garden to take pics of flowers for pop art. While I was out there, I got a few shots of this bee. It is a good thing that I got shots of the bee, because my attempt at pop art was a bust.

That was pretty frutuitous. I HATE bees, but that is a fantastic picture.
ReplyDeleteThese colors are so soft. I love the bud when it is such peachy color. Isn't it great to find a bee that will sit still long enough to focus? Your crop of this photo brings the eye to the bee right away.
ReplyDeleteI like this picture as is. Good thing you aren't allergic to bees!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteStunning, and I can't believe your pop art was a bust - I will have to sneak over to the village to see it! This image was well worth the take - so soft and clear and detailed!
ReplyDeleteWonderful detail and I think I can almost smell the roses.
ReplyDeleteI love how the bee will get to go to the next rose in a day or two, lovely composing and color.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot, I can almost smell these, great catch on the bee too. great composition and color. Love it...
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I love the peachy rose in the upper right corner.
ReplyDeleteWow! Unbelievably crisp! And the roses are so beautiful, too!
ReplyDeleteThe peach roses are gorgeous--great shot of the bee, too.
