I tend usually to crop with the horizon in the top or bottom 3rd, but I liked the rocks, so I left it alone.
This is an even more isolated part of the beach. It looked like the water comes up pretty dangerously high during high tide. I didn't want to test it.
I like the rocks too. I think you made the right call in not cropping it. The horizon is in the right place.
